Emotional Eating and binge eating were ways I coped with stress, loneliness, and many other feelings. Learning to release , express, and FEEL my emotions were SIGNIFICANT in my recovery. I will provide resources with YOU that have helped me overcome these behaviors.
I will work with you to help you develop and sustain healthy eating habits that will improve your overall health and wellbeing while also improving perimenopausal symptoms by teaching you about foods and beverages that trigger these symptoms. We'll help you make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime.
I will create customized workouts for your home or gym with WHATEVER equipment you have access to. I will make sure you start you with workouts that match your current fitness level while also pushing you just past your comfort zone to help you build lean body mass, bone density, and strength.
I also provide 1:1 virtual personal training sessions. I will coach you through a challenging workout in the privacy of your own home. All you need is a Zoom account!
I will teach you stress-management techniques that will help you reduce stress and improve mental and emotional health. I'll help you develop a personalized stress-management plan.
I will make sure you are kept accountable for your choices and actions while also helping YOU do the work on your OWN.
